The House of the Lord

Evidence of Jesus Christ’s Visit to South America, and the Ordinances, Rituals, and Endowments of the Temples Built to Worship Him

This work is the culmination of 22 years of work and research in Perú and Bolivia.

This book does not argue that the events of the Book of Mormon took place in South America. It takes no position on the geography debate. It does propose, however, that Jesus Christ visited the people of South America at least once at some point in time after His resurrection and prior to the arrival of the Spaniards.  He travelled in a perfectly straight diagonal line through the Andes and healed them and taught them, and they built temples to worship Him. The Andeans call this The Holy Path.

The Andean cultures of Chavín, Moche, Wari, Tiwanaku, and the Inca all worshipped a supreme god described as a white man with a beard. Early Andeans called him Pirúa and Illa Tecce. The Incas called him Wiraqocha (pronounced “weed-a-koh-cha”). This book tells that story.
